My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Love the street corn (cut off the cob and served in a bowl for easier eating) Tortas are my fave, hearty sandwiches on toasted rolls with avocado, lettuce, tomato, spicy mayo and fillings like carnitas, chorizo and egg. Cute decor and good service make for a great dining experience. We've been back about 5 times and its always been good.

It’s dark and dusty and full of thousands of books! Could easily spend an entire day here. Walked out with six books for $10! Make sure you call first because it took three trips before I found them open.

Large selection of used paperback and hardback books, and a proprietor that is quite a character. This book store feels like ones I used to visit with my parents 30 years ago, not at all the clean coffee-shop with a couple antique books and a bunch of new book club approved novels. Stop here and get reading!

Owner seems very nice. He was open even after hours and was happy to have me come in and look around. There is a very large selection of books. Great prices. If you are looking for something that isn't a brand new release, I'd suggest looking here before anywhere else.

The gentlemen helping me were witty and fun to talk to. They played older music that added to the atmosphere of the whole shop. The books are inexpensive and there are easily thousands to choose from so make sure you have some free time because its easy to get lost in all the excitement.

Loved this place! I’m down here with family for a short time and finished the book I brought with so I stopped in to pick up some more, not only amazing prices and books but wonderful people! Had a great conversation with the owner and the young woman working with him as if I had known them for a while. Stopped by again today before leaving for my flight and was bummed to see it closed. Hopefully I’ll be back some day!

Found this place when my wife and I went downtown for lunch. It’s a treasure trove of used books if you’re willing to spend a little time digging. Yes it’s a little dusty and hot but they have amazing books at great prices. We love supporting local and small businesses and we will definitely be back. When we bought a pile of Agatha Christie novels the owner asked who the fan was and then took the time to go show my wife a few other books he had of hers and we bought those too. The owner was open and conversational, letting us know about the bookstore, his hours, prices, what kind of books he had we might enjoy…friendly guy. If you’re looking for pristine maybe order off Amazon but if you’re looking for well-loved stories, this place is awesome.

This is my favorite (and only??) independent bookstore in Yuma. The owner also sells vinyl records, VHS, DVDs, cassette, 8-track, and audio books. This place is a treasure trove if you are willing to dig a little bit. And his prices are always very reasonable.
